Groupon Select membership is NOT worth buying anymore. Many deals don't allow the discount to apply. The limited time sales in the app already give a decent discount (25-30% off). There are some deals on Groupon but you really need to take the time to shop & compare the deals. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy direct from a merchant/vendor. Be careful when buying a "service" on the app. Some postings are scams and it has happened 3 times to me! Groupon Customer Support is slow but always helpful.

Tried to purchase a deal, attempted to add two different credit cards to my account for the purchase. Every time I went through all the info to add the app said invalid info. Quite aggregating especially after doing it multiple times. I know both cards are good. Not the first time I purchased a Groupon. Not sure what is wrong with the app, signed in, good credit cards, good signal on phone, app needs help. Went ahead and paid full price just because we were there at the establishment. Not happy.

I used to love this app and website, but now it's absolutely terrible! First, I got double charged; then they refused to honor their own policy to refund me within 3 days of purchase and would only give me credit. When I tried to use the credit, they just canceled my order! Nothing but frustration with Groupon. Support is also very slow. It took 2 months for the credit to be applied to my account, and then they wouldn't let me use it. I've got $85 tied up in this scam site!
