My app was just updated. The mobile deposit feature is horrible. It had never been as good as other bank's mobile deposit feature. It would not accept the pics of my checks...listed about 5-6 things wrong and when I tried adjusting something else was off. Then out of 3 checks 2 were held for review. Even though they were business checks not personal ones. It took way too long to do something that should take a few minutes!!!

Here we are with my last review in 2020 and a Samsung Galaxy s23 Plus and I still am showing connectivity issues but it's the only app or streaming online that shows it you would think that a local credit union that preaches community would be able to at least have the rock bottom basic app that works. So frustrated. I grabbed my phone and check, I'm not messing with my computer, fix your app. Hire some qualified technical people and just do it!!!! This has been constant for the past 4 years

App used to be reliable. Now it freezes when opening and won't open for 24 hours ot more. As someone who does 99% of their banking through the app, this is frustrating. Also, getting account information over the phone through the automated system is impossible unless you know the secret account number to enter. Clue: it is NOT your full account number you see on your check. It is only 6 of the 10 digits. And it is the middle numbers. You get to guess which ones.
