It's been OK... Beware the daily refresh limit. App has been OK for the most part, sometimes you get a random issue connecting which is frustrating. That said, my major complaint is the daily refresh limit. I was traveling long distance and had to make frequent charging stops and I could no longer refresh my status or connect which was super aggravating. . If there is a need to limit or cap the refreshes, it should at least be for shorter amount of time and be transparent about the amount.

I have a 2023 GV60 performance. Ten months in now and we love the car. Range is okay, not great, but charging at home is cheaper than gas and extremely convenient. Plenty of room but not a huge SUV. The technology is amazing. Even my wife has come around. she did not want an electric at first. She has been borrowing it more often lately. The phone app just makes the experience even more incredible.

This app had its moments where it would work perfectly fine but have issues with not working correctly but always seemed to resolve with a restart or uninstalling and re-installing. However recently it has become completely unusable even after trying every fix I could. Even better, I reached out to customer support and never heard back from them. Genesis app and service is really going down.
